Early Childhood Education
You will have the opportunity to work with young children as they grow physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually.  You will enjoy a hands-on experience in our on-site Huot Day Care Center where you will have the opportunity to supervise, plan and implement age-appropriate activities for young children. Senior students also volunteer at various field sites in the community including Lakes Region Day Care, Mt. View Montessori, and Laconia Elementary Schools.  You will learn professional skills necessary to become successful in the area of early childhood development.   The program is articulated with the New Hampshire Community College system with opportunity for 6 college credits (i.e., 2 courses) through Project Running Start.

Early Childhood Education I & II
